The Ecotec fuel dispenser with POS is a single-nozzle solution engineered for retail forecourts requiring seamless payment integration and unattended operation capability. The unit combines high-accuracy mechanical fueling with an integrated point-of-sale system, enabling customers to pay with bank card including Visa, Mastercard and contactless wallets without cashier assistance. The dispenser delivers 5–45 L/min flow with OIML R117 class 0.2 measurement accuracy and PCI-DSS compliant transaction security .The mechanical fueling system utilizes a Tatsuno-type suction pump with cast-iron gear housing, integrated air separator and 40-mesh inlet strainer, driven by a 0.75 kW explosion-proof motor. The pump self-primes to 6 meters vertical lift, delivering fuel to a four-piston positive-displacement flow meter with 6061-T6 aluminum body. Magnetic coupling connects to both mechanical counter and electronic encoder for payment system integration, maintaining ±0.2% accuracy across the full flow range .The 4.5 meter anti-static hose terminates in an auto-shut-off nozzle with 120 Newton break-away valve. A 20 millimeter high six-digit LED display shows fuel price, delivered volume and transaction amount, while the Nayax terminal presents payment prompts, loyalty program enrollment and digital receipt options. The system supports fleet card compatibility through dual-card reader configuration, enabling commercial vehicle fueling alongside retail customers .
