The Ecotec fuel dispenser with POS is a dual-lane solution engineered for modern retail forecourts requiring seamless integration with Nayax payment systems and comprehensive bank card acceptance including Visa, Mastercard and contactless wallets. Each of the two independent dispensing lanes combines high-flow mechanical pumping with secure electronic payment processing, delivering 5–45 L/min with OIML R117 class 0.2 measurement accuracy and PCI-DSS compliant transaction security . The Nayax payment system integration provides a complete unattended payment solution with the Nayax VPOS Touch terminal mounted in an explosion-proof enclosure rated Ex d IIB T4. The terminal features a 5-inch color touchscreen, EMV chip card reader, NFC contactless antenna and PIN entry keypad, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and major debit networks. The system processes transactions in under 3 seconds with 4G connectivity, eliminating the need for site-based payment servers or telephone lines . Each dispensing lane operates through a dedicated Tatsuno-type suction pump with cast-iron gear housing, integrated air separator and 40-mesh inlet strainer, driven by a 0.75 kW 100% copper-coil IE3 efficiency motor. The pump achieves self-priming to 6 meters vertical lift, delivering fuel to a four-piston positive-displacement flow meter with 6061-T6 aluminum body hard-anodized to 60 HRC. Magnetic coupling connects to both mechanical counter and 100 pulse-per-revolution encoder for payment system integration .
Explosion-proof construction meets ATEX II 2G Ex d mb IIB T4 for pump and meter compartments, with Ex e II T4 for the payment terminal enclosure. The cabinet is 2 mm galvanized steel with powder coating for 1000 hours salt-spray resistance, featuring stainless steel hardware and 6 mm IK10 polycarbonate display windows. All electrical entries utilize IP66 nickel-plated brass glands with shielded terminations preventing interference with payment system communications
