The DN01MM Coriolis Fuel Flow Meter shrinks full-size Coriolis intelligence into a micro-bore stainless-steel body only one
millimetre wide. Despite its miniature footprint, the bent-loop sensor synchronously monitors mass flow, density and temperature in real time, delivering laboratory-grade ±0.15 % accuracy and ±0.05 % repeatability for gasoline, diesel, LPG and even cryogenic LNG pilot streams. Because all three parameters come from the same vibrating tube, the meter instantly flags fuel adulteration, entrained air or off-spec density without extra instruments.
Long service life is engineered into every detail. The 316L measuring loop is vacuum stress-relieved and passivated against sulphur and ethanol corrosion, while internal welds are polished to <0.4 µm Ra to prevent microbial pitting in biodiesel. A titanium transition joint isolates the micro-transmitter from thermal shock, keeping electronics in a –40 °C to +85 °C envelope for years of maintenance-free duty.Synchronous monitoring simplifies system architecture. One 4-wire cable carries mass total, live density, temperature and
diagnostic codes to any PLC or dispenser controller, eliminating the need for separate densitometers or RTDs. Modbus RS485 is standard; 4–20 mA and scaled pulse outputs are pre-configured for ticket printers or DCS panels. Global explosion-proof approvals—ATEX, IECEx, cFMus—let the same part number slip into Zone 1 fuel skids, ship engine test cells or aerospace ground support carts without extra paperwork.Installation is effortless. The meter weighs only 250 g and mounts in any orientation, so it can be slipped into 1 mm tubing runs inside analytical consoles or UAV refueling pods. Pressure drop stays below 50 mbar at rated flow, preserving pump energy and preventing cavitation in low-pressure aviation fuel systems.
