Built from a single piece of 316L bent tubing, the sensor synchronously monitors mass flow, density and temperature in real time, delivering custody-transfer accuracy of ±0.1 % and repeatability of ±0.05 %. Every gram of petrol, diesel, LPG or LNG is captured instantly, so flashing gas or seasonal density swings never dilute your total.Synchronous multi-parameter output simplifies skid architecture. One M12 connector streams live mass total, density, temperature and diagnostic codes to any PLC or dispenser computer, removing the need for separate densitometers or RTDs. The 316L wetted parts resist sulphur, ethanol and aggressive additives, ensuring decade-scale zero drift. A titanium transition joint isolates the micro-transmitter from –196 °C cryogenic shock, keeping electronics in a –40 °C to +85 °C comfort zone.Long service life is maintenance-free. There are no bearings, turbines or orifices to clog when fuel carries fine rust or polymer residue. A 30-second automatic zero verification uses the built-in reference mass simulation, eliminating manual weighing and keeping uptime above 99 %. Should you ever need access, the snap-off front cover exposes terminal strips without breaking the IP66 weather seal, and the back-lit display rotates to any angle for tight cabinet installations.Installation is effortless.
