piece of 316L bent tubing, the sensor synchronously monitors mass flow, density and temperature in real time, delivering
custody-transfer precision of ±0.1 % and repeatability of ±0.05 %. Direct mass measurement means composition swings from summer propane to winter LNG are seen instantly, eliminating the temperature and pressure corrections required by volumetric or thermal devices.Synchronous multi-parameter output simplifies skid architecture. One M12 connector streams live mass total, density, temperature and diagnostic codes to any PLC or dispenser computer, removing the need for separate densitometers, RTDs or flow computers. The 220 V AC transmitter ships in an IP66 stainless housing with global explosion-proof certificates—ATEX, IECEx, cFMus—so the same part number slips into Zone 1 fuel systems worldwide without extra paperwork.Long service life is engineered into every weld. The measuring loop is vacuum stress-relieved and electropolished to <0.3 µm Ra, preventing microbial pitting in ethanol-blended fuels or sulphur attack in sour LPG. A titanium transition joint isolates the micro-transmitter from –196 °C cryogenic shock, keeping electronics in a –40 °C to +85 °C comfort zone for decades of maintenance-free duty.Installation is effortless.
